My client is a well-established family business that designs and delivers training for big (and small) organisations including Gucci, Volvo, Severn Trent, Virgin Media, Birmingham City University and IKEA.  They currently have an office-based team of 7 people who work in a relatively non-corporate, relaxed environment where they are encouraged to be themselves.

My client is now excited to invite team member No.8 into the fold; to share a passion for what they do, high expectations for the work that they create and pride in solutions they design and deliver for their customers.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Entering data into CRM system
  • Booking meetings and organising diaries
  • Proofreading and formatting documents
  • General sales support and administration
  • Research and information collation
  • Printing and collating paperwork for meetings
  • Supporting Directors with other ad hoc activities
