Our client is looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their large but valued team. The successful apprentice will be leasing with a multitude of people at various levels within the company. This is a great opportunity for an apprentice to learn professional and social skills. This is a very professional office in which dressing appropriately and being punctual is taken very seriously.
Basic role and responsibilities:
Apprentice will be working alongside the company’s only administrator. The apprentice will be taught how to:
- Download documents/drawings from SharePoint & 4
- Print drawings (A3’s A1’s to plotter)
- Bind documents
- General filing and collating of drawings and documents into folders
- Typing letters and reports
- Working on the reception desk for 1 hr per week
- General admin duties
The successful apprentice will work towards a well-respected and nationally recognised NVQ qualification in Business Administration with the potential opportunity to progress on the Level 3 after successful completion of the Level 2.

GCSE (or equivalent) A*-C in English and Maths desired but not essential.
