As part of the HR Administrator role you will be responsible for:

The  general office administration for the HR team and the production of various reports

  • Assisting with data collection for reports/analysis
  • Looking at data analysis and absence rates
  • You'll have responsibility over data and reports
  • You'll be involved with the maintenance and upkeep of employee records
  • You will look for areas of improvement and time efficiency
  • You will be involved in on-site projects such as our "Engagement Champions" forum where we discuss all sort from newsletters to charity events

Qualifications required

GCSE's English and Math's Grades A-C or Equivalent 

Future prospects

Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the 18 month programme, XPO Logistics is committed to training and developing colleagues for the future. This scheme is designed to attract the managers of the future and if you work hard, you can expect a long term career in return. If successful in securing a permanent position you can expect to earn £15,000 a year and upwards. In addition, successful apprentices are eligible to apply to the Fast Track Talent Programme which is open to all internal, non-graduate employees.
