This is an excellent opportunity to join Elior UK as an Apprentice Administrator. The Apprentice Administrator will join a fun, dynamic team, assisting the Senior Administrator in providing proactive and flexible administrative support to Operations and Site Managers across a full range of service areas ensuring customer focussed service delivery across the team.

The role will include:

  • Ensure bookwork and written communication is completed accurately and to specified deadlines.
  • Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard.
  • Assist in inputting weekly and monthly site returns and in the reporting of these.
  • To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times.
  • To respond to queries and provide information to sites and managers, dealing with requests for stationary, site materials and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and printing of seasonal menus and recipe books and production planners.

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business and Administration Level 2 Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.

This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

As an Apprentice Administrator for Elior we look for:

  • Excellent all round communication skills.
  • Able to collate and process information accurately and with consistency.
  • Adaptable, whilst able to conform strictly to Elior UK procedures.
  • Highly organised able to deal with routine tasks with persistence to see a job through to conclusion.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are an advantage.

Personal qualities

Warm friendly and genuine, customer focused and have the ability to Interact and communicate effectively across business be professional and punctual and have a willingness to learn.

Qualifications required

Good knowledge of computer applications, Word, Excel, Outlook are an advantage. Experience of working within a similar type of role before would be beneficial.

Future prospects

Ongoing training and development encouraged by the employer and opportunity to work towards a Business Administration qualification.

Things to consider

The wage will be between £5.50-£7 an hour depending on experience. There is a car park on site and a public car park opposite. The train and bus stations are a ten minute walk away.
