The duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Taking calls from customers, clients, suppliers and people from within the office
  • Inputting data into our CRM system
  • Talking to customers face to face
  • Dealing with different garages and customers from a sales point of view, particularly in car parts
  • Updating any necessary customers details
  • Recording sales
  • Reading e-mails and responding correctly about client/ customers enquiries
  • General customer service related tasks

  • You will need to be a self-driven, quality conscious, results orientated individual who takes pride in providing the best customer service possible
  • The ability to work under pressure and multi-task by managing several things at once

Qualifications required

  • There are no desired qualifications for this apprenticeship but a grade C in GCSE Maths and English would be favourable (or equivalent)

For the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress within a growing company, to go on and train as a Customer Relations Manager/Team Leader after completing this qualification
