Bartrams Associates in Ely are looking for a confident and hardworking individual to join their team, in this fast paced and exciting industry.

Bartrams is offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity that will allow them to grow within the business and learn the right skills so the candidate can work their way up and progress once their Apprenticeship has finished. Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that all supplier invoices are coded and posted correctly.
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Ensure all purchase ledger queries are dealt with accurately and within 48 hours.
  • To ensure that all supplier delivery notes and order information are accurate, and liaise with the order generator regarding any anomalies within 24 hours.
  • Answering incoming calls.

No necessary experience needed just the drive and motivation to wanting to succeed in the role.
