A new opportunity has opened up at the Customer Relationship Centre, based in the Brighton area, for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, to join our Team. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class Customer Experience, as well as implementing the NICER values (Nice, Informative, Caring, Enthusiastic, Responsive) at Lookers plc.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales and Aftersales Support Teams with administration duties
  • Making phone calls to Customers
  • Updating systems and databases

  • Must be a self-starter, who is ambitious and target driven
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Friendly with a professional personal manner
  • Self-motivated; uses initiative to work with minimal supervision

Things to consider

From the 1st October 2015 a National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices has been introduced for young people aged 16-18 and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. The new rate is £3.50 per hour. The new NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by the age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate to their age.
