Apprentice required to assist in busy sales office.  Main duties will include:

  • Receiving phone calls from external customers
  • Responding to customers enquiries / quotes via email, fax and phone
  • Referencing incoming enquiries
  • Progress chasing
  • General administration duties

Due to the ever changing nature of the business a degree of flexibility must be maintained.  Please do not view this as a complete list of your duties; you will be required to perform other activities that fall within your capabilities, as directed by management.

To develop into a Sales Executive role with the potential to progress to Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

Things to consider

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
