Your key duties will include:

  • To plan, structure and undertake the company administration tasks
  • To ensure appropriate written and computer records are kept
  • To provide accurate, timely management information on team and individual performance as required
  • To input data into computer systems
  • To support advisers by maintaining and progressing client files, including contacting intermediaries to ensure the efficient issuing and completion of business
  • To use company resources to ensure an excellent level of service is provided to all customers
  • To ensure customer queries/complaints are handled promptly and courteously in accordance with company and FSA requirements
  • To ensure customers receive regular updates on the progress of their mortgage applications

Qualifications required

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher levels for the right candidate.

  • Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role
