Vacancy full description:

Integrated Management System(IMS)

  • Updating and maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental documents under revision control and in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHAS18001
  • Coordinating with the different departments and ensuring that documents are kept in the right location and are accessible under document control.
  • This role often involves working to deadlines and ensuring that all departments within the organisation are following the same procedures with regards to documents including standards.


  • Scheduling and conducting internal audits with HSQE Manager
  • Scheduling and updating training matrix
  • Scheduling and reviewing internal risk assessments with HSQE Manager

Operating Maintenance Manuals

  • Creating O&M Manuals (operating and maintenance)
  • Updating and modifying existing O&M Manuals

Other Documentation

  • To assist the HSQE Manager on all other types of documents in terms of updating and creating new procedures/processes.
  • Input, monitor and maintain data within various spreadsheets ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • General administration and office duties including word processing, photocopying, scanning and filing.

Proof Reading

  • Checking documents before they are filed or submitted for approval internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and high level of literacy


  • Raising Non conformances (internal and external) on MRP.
  • Updating KPI's, root cause analysis, remedial and preventative actions

General Administration

  • Sorting and distributing incoming post.
  • Providing cover on Reception.
  • Answering incoming calls.

Pay £206 per week
