To deliver an excellent level of service to internal and external clients, and to ensure that the needs of the business are met to a high standard.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Daily post duties to include opening post, hourly post rounds collecting internal and external post and dispersing of post, faxes and stationary.
  • Distributing all Royal mail and DX post at the end of the day.
  • Organise couriers when needed
  • DX monitoring
  • Hand deliveries around the city centre, including taking things to court and paying fees at court
  • Responsible for online stationary orders
  • Ordering and keeping track of stationary stock
  • Manage online system for stationary
  • Assist with general building maintenance when required
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers.
  • Cover other facility team members when required
  • DACS online system entering all new archiving
  • Entering deeds on to company’s database
  • Deal with recalling files and delivery of files and deeds
  • Organise files, checking the correct files are in the box and co-ordinate to the system
  • Assist with file destruction processes
  • Keep up to date records of destroyed files
  • Arrange file collection to return files
  • Monitor the reports from the phone monitoring system
  • Assist with room set ups
  • Monthly audit of train ticket machine
  • Trainline compliance reports
  • Reprographics support
  • Security cover
  • Assist with recycling initiatives
