Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Taking orders over the telephone
  • Following-up quotes
  • Creating spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel
  • Invoicing; creating invoices, then sending out via email or post
  • Meeting and greeting customers who are attending training courses or visiting the company
  • Signing-off deliveries
  • General house-keeping duties, as shared between all members of staff (tea/coffee making, cleaning, changing bins etc.)
  • Other general office duties - filing, photocopying, answering the phone, and so on

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Bourne as an Apprentice Business Administrator.  The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. They must be proficient in Excel. Word and Outlook and ideally have some type of office experience.

This will be an Apprenticeship which will give you the opportunity to work full time earning a salary, whilst you gain new skills and achieve a Business Administration Level 2 diploma.
