We are looking to recruit a new colleague to join our Accounts/Admin team at our busy Nissan/Volvo dealership. We are looking for a talented & hard working person, with positive attitude, ready to accept new challenges, learn new skills and grow them while on the apprenticeship journey.

The role would involve:

  • Learning from basic vehicle administration tasks such as brining vehicles on stock,
  • Managing and archiving paperwork,
  • Scanning appropriate documents on-line,
  • Invoicing vehicles and assisting our full time vehicle administrators.
  • On accounts side some of the tasks would involve processing invoices on the system,
  • Reconciling daily payments,
  • Processing orders for stationery and dealership supplies,
  • Chasing internal and external payments while supporting dealership accountant and accounts team.

Vertu Motors PLC operate a nationwide chain of franchised motor dealerships offering vehicle sales and servicing, parts and body shop services across new, used and commercial vehicles. The group operates many of its dealerships as Bristol Street Motors and they are the 6th largest retailer group in the UK operating 125 dealerships representing 23 franchises.

Training provider

Apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 Business Administration plus Key (Functional) Skills and Technical Certificate if appropriate.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
