You’ll be involved with a huge variety of tasks including designing, creating and managing promotions and social ad campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
  • Create and manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
  • Manage online reviews, reputation and website activities

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
  • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with Social Media & web designing
  • Retail experience preferable

Personal qualities

  • Experience or flair for Social Media
  • Practice superior time management
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format

Qualifications required

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including English and Maths.
