Sanctuary Personnel has an excellent opportunity for an apprentice database coordinator to join our database management team in Ipswich. The ideal candidate for this job role will need to be passionate, driven and goal orientated.

Succeeding in this role will lead to bigger opportunities within the company.

Upon joining the company, successful candidates complete an initial 12 month Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship.

Duties of the apprentice:
- Contacting candidates on Sanctuary’s database and enquiring about their work situation
- Working closely with the sales team to identify candidates that can be called
- Updating candidates details on the company database
- Undertaking any other tasks as required

Essential criteria:
- Good team-working and communication skills
- GCSE C (4-9) grade or equivalent in English and Maths
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence when speaking on the phone

Things to consider

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.

Training provider

As part of your apprenticeship, 20% of your time will be spent in 'off the job' training.
