You will be working with the Organisation Development (OD) and HR Team whilst working towards your Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 2

The role includes:

  • Working with the OD team to support the Company Induction process (Sending email invites, room set-up, evaluation and follow-up session invites)
  • Data inputting various online tools we use for recruitment and development as well as supporting with packs and organising meetings and workshops.
  • Helping to promote what we are doing through social media including Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram

You will be confident with Word, Excel and Power point and be willing to learn more about the OD and HR space

As well as the day to day tasks, you will also have an opportunity to tap into your creative flair by supporting us with researching subjects for bespoke training, creating new ways to evaluate and promote our brand.

You will have a high standard of attention to detail and be comfortable to step outside of your comfort zone on occasions to develop and achieve results.

We will support you every step of the way for you to succeed in your apprenticeship and help you to be the best version of you.

An openness to review and reflect on your performance and progress is important as well as receiving feedback to develop and grow in this role.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 37 hour working week. Pay National Min wage

We are serious about what we do but not about ourselves, so a sense of humour is important too!

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

You will be confident with Word, Excel and Power point and be willing to learn more about the OD and HR space. You will have a high standard of attention to detail and be comfortable to step outside of your comfort zone on occasions to develop and achieve results.

Good understanding of word, excel power point and social media applications Attention to detail Good PC skills and working knowledge of power point, word and excel Be a good communicator but more importantly an excellent listener To take on board objective feedback from the team Ability to learn how to plan and prioritise Curious to notice the way we do things and have the courage to positively challenge us Have a sense of fun and humour Have a flexible approach to work within the HR/OD team Be prepare to muck in to help those needing support Happy to step out of your comfort zone

Qualifications required

5 GCSEs A* - D, including Maths and English (or equivalent).

Future prospects

Potential Permanent HR/OD administrator role for the right person.
