Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

SEKO provides complete Supply Chain Solutions, specialising in transportation, logistics, forwarding and warehousing. They also lead the industry with innovative and customisable IT solutions, which provide a seamless flow of information and give their growing customer base true supply chain visibility.
SEKO are looking for a confident and polite individual with great attention to detail to join their experienced team. SEKO have promised that the successful candidate will be supported by the senior office members who each have a wealth of experience to back them up.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily upkeep of the company’s database and to keep customers up to date with their purchases
- Data Entry
- Speak to customers on the phone and build relationships
- Filing documents
- Booking courier shipments
- Send customers tracking numbers
- Answer customer queries
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your customer service skills and learn from a highly-experienced team. You will also be working towards a widely-recognised level 2 Qualification in Customer Service with the potential opportunity to progress onto the Level 3 Qualification after successful completion of the Level 2.

Requirements and prospects
- Good communication skills

- GCSE grade A*-C in Maths, English and IT (desired but not essential)
