Front of House and Meeting rooms:

  • Front of House: Welcome and manage building users, answer incoming calls, manage reception area. Deal with general enquiries and follow emergency procedures
  • Administration: Manage incoming and outgoing mail. General administration e.g. keeping records, ordering supplies, supporting the business needs of tenants
  • Support the customer service function to tenants at Wizu Workspace: maintain and enhance customer relationships. Deal with complaints and day to day issues/ needs of customers
  • Meeting Rooms: Coordinate meeting room bookings, including external customers and tenants. Arrange set up, making sure rooms are equipped

Marketing Support

  • Play an active role in promoting Wizu Workspace through social media
  • Engage tenants to refer business
  • Participate in training and creative workshops
  • Conduct market research with guidance

Health and safety and Fire safety

  • To support the commercial manager in ensuring that fire safety is complied with
  • To support the commercial manager in ensuring that health and safety is complied with
  • Keep up to date records and undertake first aid training

Facilities and statutory compliance

  • Co-ordinate the completion of day to day maintenance and ensure the general upkeep of the building. Manage supplier accounts and keep records
  • To organise completion of statutory compliance jobs in line with a pre organised calendar
  • Monitor compliance from tenants with Wizu Workspace  policies

Future prospects

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
