ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

  • Communicating over the telephone with patients to book appointments
  • Registering new patients
  • Undertake all administrative activities related to registering new patients
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Managing in house computer system’s
  • Use a diary system
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Communicate over the telephone with GPs and patients and any general enquiries
  • Attend CCG, GP & marketing meetings with mentor
  • Understanding use of property photographs and floor plans
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
  • Make invoices for submission to CCG for all referrals on a monthly basis
