Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the initial point of contact for client queries, via telephone and email
  • Maintain and take ownership of regular day-today tasks, as well as ongoing tickets
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

You will work alongside experienced team members who will provide guidance and training on the job as required. We work with a diverse client base which will be rewarding in terms of technical experience and client relations. You will accompany said team members on site visits when required and will be able to assist with hardware installations and maintenance.
