Your training and duties will include

  • Administration of sales & marketing literature
  • Stock control of sales literature
  • Receive sales telephone enquiries
  • Make sales appointments
  • Sales/marketing channel measurement
  • Learn how to Interrogate European Journal (TED) & initiate tender process
  • Collection and administration of sales data
  • Generate quotations
  • Generate specifications
  • Generate new business forms and agreement documents
  • Answer sales email enquiries
  • Administration of Company Accreditations
  • Assist with tendering process
  • Assist with site surveys for quotation purposes
  • Collate tender information and data
  • Complete tendering documentation
  • Collate and generate sales costings informaiotn
  • General sales activities as requested by the Office Manager

Hard worker/ good work ethic Will learn all aspects of Sales & Marketing but not a “glamour” industry The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
