    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

With over 40 years combined experience in the care home supplies and nursing supplies industry, it prides itself on providing a knowledgeable sales and aftercare service to both trade customers and consumers alike.

The individual taken on for this Business Administration role will be based within this busy and lively office located on Hornbeam Park. All training will be provided for this role with day release to Harrogate college to support you to achieve an NVQ qualification.

Duties include;

  • Front of house duties such as meeting and greet customers, suppliers and guests
  • Dealing with new enquiries on the phone and through email.
  • Assisting with aftersales and carrying out sales administration duties
  • Filing and general administration duties
  • Assisting in other departments as required

  • You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate well with customers.

Qualifications required
