This is a new role which supports our Client Services and business development team.

The role supports the ongoing relationships with clients, and the take on of new clients.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new clients internally and with software packages
  • Writing letters, emails and answering phones to clients and external bodies
  • Following up on outstanding Client matters
  • Updating and maintaining trackers and workplans
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Setting up meetings and arranging with clients and suppliers

Training will be delivered where needed.

Please note that this position might close early if a suitable apprentice is found.
