The main duties include:

  • Sending booking confirmations and joining instructions
  • Making calls to suppliers and clients
  • Receive chasing suppliers for completed training documentation
  • Using the database to input information
  • Responding to client queries via email
  • Making telephone calls
  • Completing certification and training paperwork
  • General administration duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Any other adhoc duties requested by the manager

Things to consider

From April 2017 the National Minimum Wage for apprentices increases to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training. 16-18 year olds won’t be required to work more than 40 hours per week. *** Under NO circumstances must the employer be contacted direct.
