  • Assist Engineers and Technicians in producing high quality 2D engineering drawings, as well as document control.
  • Assist in preparing reports.
  • Work effectively within a team of Technicians and assist Engineers carrying out site surveys/inspections.
  • Work to company expectations with regards to health and safety, quality and training.
  • Drawing up basic plans in AutoCAD or Revit using a library of standard details.
  • Sorting & digitising archives of past jobs.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Replying to Email Queries.
  • General office administration duties, filing etc.
  • Assisting qualified engineers with office admin.
  • Preparing & presenting design proposals using AutoCAD drawings, to Structural Engineers’ instructions.
  • Assist the Engineers in preparing technical drawings such as reinforced concrete, structural steelwork and bar schedules etc.
