They are looking for a motivated and energetic individual hoping to start their career in IT Support and Networking.

KEY DUTIES

  • Log reported incidents in the call management software
  • Providing on site and remote telephone support
  • Monitoring and prioritising the calls logged
  • Record regular actions on the call management system
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Managing, Monitoring & Troubleshooting the Server Farm
  • Managing, Monitoring & Troubleshooting the Backup Environment
  • Administration & Support of key Applications. e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, Office etc
  • Building and configuring laptops and PC equipment

Qualifications required
