Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Initially the successful candidates will be based in the Contact Centre dealing with customer telephone calls on a wide range of matters. There may also be the opportunity to further develop by working at our Town Hall reception desk and our help points which are based in Battle and Rye.
Applicants will gain experience in delivering and be able to demonstrate the highest level of customer care skills. Candidates require the ability to multitask; have good keyboard skills, active listening skills, patience and enthusiasm are all essential requirements of this role. A flexible approach to working, the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment, deal with complex information and be able to work under pressure during high demand are also key requirements. The nature of this role is challenging but also rewarding for the right candidates.
