You will liaise between customers and internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.  You will be work alongside a hardworking but friendly team who will make you feel part of the family.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolve customer service problems
  • Undertake administration tasks in line with the job role

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

You will need good communication skills, and good computer abilities with the ability to work in a team environment. It is useful for you to have knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.

Personal qualities

If you are polite, presentable and an articulate individual then you are exactly who we are looking for as you will be talking with clients.

Qualifications required

GCSE Grade C or above in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent.
