Parkwood Leisure incorporating Parkwood Community Leisure and Parkwood Health and Fitness is a subsidiary of Parkwood Holdings Limited.  With its Head Office based in Worcester, Worcestershire, Parkwood Leisure is an established and successful provider of private and Local Authority managed services. 

The Systems team is expanding and is looking to recruit a Systems Assistant. The successful candidate will report into the Finance Systems Administrator.

The Systems Assistant will be required to undertake some of the following, however, this list is not exhaustive:

  • System configuration support for the e5 Finance systems, Legend EPOS system and Spektrix ticketing system
  • Maintenance of users, ensuring correct access is granted
  • Maintenance of AP/POP/GL authorisation routes
  • Maintenance of purchase items, including price changes, new items etc.
  • Assisting with the collection of direct debits and representations
  • Assisting with system updates and implementing new features
  • Providing support and advice to sites over the telephone and email

The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

  • IT proficient with an interest in system configuration
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking
  • Have good communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and timescales
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work with a high degree of independence and as part of a team
  • Good time management and the willingness to take a hands on approach
  • Must be able to build strong relationships with others
  • Able to work from different locations and travel to sites to deliver training
  • Studying toward an accountancy/IT qualification is desirable
