About the employer

Our story begins in 2006, when we discovered a distinct gap in the recruitment industry between recruitment agencies and a jobsites. We studied job seekers’ experiences and discovered that whilst there are of course advantages and disadvantages to both, whichever direction a job seeker decided to take there was something they may have been missing out on and many times were left dissatisfied. Our business grew by this very vision of; “Becoming the world’s most helpful job search & recruitment jobsite” • And after winning 12 awards at the “Best for Industry Awards 2013/2014” including the highly competitive Gold Award for National Job Board. Why? You ask… Our belief is that the greatest assets of a company are represented by its employees, so in our vision; employers shouldn’t pay a small fortune for top talent, but to focus on retaining the superstars by rewarding them.
