In order to become a successful Technical Support Engineer you will need to complete the following:

  • Using and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Understanding engineering and the manufacturing processes
  • Supporting the business with the use and controls of engineering documentation 
  • Planning production and manufacturing processes
  • Identifying and using engineering resource
  • Completing relevant engineering documentation
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
