Responsibilities of the Apprentice
•    Deliver outstanding service to a wide range of companies.
•    Report to the Support Manager
•    You will join as a first line support consultant who handles telephone, email and remote dial-in support requests from our varied clients
•    Support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM user base; handling all support calls and queries relating to the live operational use of the systems across our customer base

Training provider

Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
