*Daily Duties*

  • Prepare, cook and present food to company specification 
  • Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
  • Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
  • Carry out instructions as given by management and head office

In line with standard working hours within the industry this vacancy is less than 30 hours per week. The overall duration of the apprenticeship is therefore extended accordingly.

About the employer

The Tardebigge Pub is situated in the small village of Tardebigge and along with the Wacky Warehouse and its food it also has a lot of history with a great deal to offer. Out in the countryside and near the Tardebigge Loch, The Tardebigge was originally built as a local village hall in 1911. We have also been a hospital and previously a popular Two For One pub. We have carried on our quality of food and service since 1996 and offer a fantastic deal for all the family. Come and relax with a drink from our extensive range or enjoy a hearty meal from our wide ranging menu.
