  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Trained in fire evactuation
  • Handling all incoming mail including taking deliveries
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Processing all mail including parcels, recorded delivery/international mails
  • Sending post
  • Use internal and external software- including insight/Monitor
  • Printing labels
  • Creation of prepaid envelopes for CML staff
  • Maintaining outgoing stock checks
  • Maintaining ongoing record of printing volumes
  • Reuse and recycle 
  • Archiving, shredding and tidying various storage areas
  • Assisting with accommodation bookings
  • Any other admin duties required.
  • Material / Plant hire lists- data inputting and filing / laminating / scanning documents as directed
