The duties will include:-

  • Assist with operating and maintaining the property management system
  • Arrange, co-ordinate any repairs on properties through contractor liaison
  • Assist with completing forms for repair work to be completed by contractors
  • Assist with finance related functions, including operating a petty cash system and banking
  • Assist with processing invoices. This will include assisting in the preparation of invoices for payment, invoice entry on to the electronic system, invoice filing and dealing with invoice queries
  • To ensure the stock system is kept up to date and that supplies are maintained
  • Provide general office support, including minute taking, photocopying and faxing, dealing with queries and emails, making up packs, answering the main line and transferring calls, reception and service desk support (when cover is required), incoming and outgoing post, monitoring and ordering stationery and other related tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and other team events
  • Provide additional administrative support around key projects/events, where required
  • Assist with completing and updating new suppliers forms
  • Take a responsible approach to personal development (i.e. manage and update own skills) to ensure quality service delivery
  • Assist the finance department with information/tasks required for the financial year end, as requested

  • GCSE or equivalent grades A*-C in Maths and English are essential
