We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to assist our Estate Agents with administration duties such as creating tasks to help prioritise workload, emailing, filing, creating proposals, making phone calls, maintaining a CRM system, etc. Once confident and full training has been received there will then be an opportunity to become a full time Estate agent and partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role will then focus on managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new opportunities.

Day to day jobs will include:

  • Basic admin - filing, paper work, printing, post
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Communicate to colleagues in the business updates
  • Deal with enquires via telephone and email
  • Assist estate agents and to take on other responsibilities

Qualifications required

There are no entry requirements for this role, however the candidate will be asked to complete Maths and English initial assessments in the screening process

There is a full time job at the end of this apprenticeship and the opportunity to become an estate agent.

Things to consider

From 1st of April 2017 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 or over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. Those between the ages of 19-24 who are in their second year (or third year) need to be paid the National Minimum Wage for their age bracket. In April 2016 the new National Living Wage was implemented and therefore if you are over the age of 25 and in your second or third year of an Apprenticeship you will be entitled to be paid the National Living Wage. Training provider

This is an in house apprenticeship so the successful candidate will go to work Monday - Friday and every 4-6 weeks the candidates assessor will come out to see them in the work place and assess the candidate and cover the qualification by practical and theory assignments. The candidate will receive an NVQ in Business Admin. Functional skills in Maths and English are also available if the candidate doesn't have Maths and English GCSEs grade A-D or equivalent.
