Duties will include:

  • Setting up and closing down the kitchen and prepping for service
  • Taking deliveries, stock management & rotation and maintenance of accurate food safety records
  • Preparing customer meals quickly and to a high and consistent standard
  • Food preparation
  • Food Safety & Hygiene compliance
  • Serving customers directly at the kitchen counter seats
  • Advising customers on food/drink choices and pairings and answering customer queries regarding food
