Want to make a positive difference to someone’s life? We are looking for caring individuals who can deliver the best possible domiciliary care service in North Somerset. Our culture is about services where integrity; respect and customer excellence matter most.

We offer guaranteed hours contracts, competitive hourly rates starting from £8.00 per hour, 40p per mile, and uniform. Previous experience is not essential as a fully-paid induction, shadowing and on the job training is provided.  On going development includes mentoring and guidance from our dedicated Senior Carers and Team Leaders, and various training programmes including Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

You must have a full driving licence with access to transport since you will be doing home visits. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, paid for by Alliance Living Care. We are holding immediate interviews for the following areas: Portishead, Nailsea and Clevedon.  If you have previous experience as a professional carer, we also have jobs in Weston. Your daily duties may include:

  • Assisting with meal preparation 
  • Administering medication
  • Keeping a log of all visits
  • Assisting with personal care

Qualifications required

Preferably Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above (or an equivalent) but other candidates will be considered.
