As an apprentice you will be expected to support and assist other members of the team in the completion of their duties while learning valuable skills. Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing incoming & outgoing post
  • Monitoring stationary supplies & raising orders when stocks need replenishing
  • Monitoring company refreshments, ensuring supplies remain stocked.
  • Maintaining company mobile phone contracts and coordinating repairs
  • Arranging internal & external meetings
  • Arranging travel bookings for staff
  • Greeting visitors and dealing with enquiries over the phone

Your working week will run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch. You will also work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8.30am to 12.30pm) for which you will accrue time to take off in lieu.

With this apprenticeship you will complete the following qualifications:

All training will be delivered in the work place with no requirement for day release to college. You will be mentored by experienced members of staff while developing your skills to a nationally recognised industry standard.

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is �3.40 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
