The successful candidate will need a proactive attitude working in a busy and dynamic environment and will be responsible for managing the ticketing system, logging calls, emails and escalating these issues to the right technical department.

Duties may change as the Job holder gains experience

  • Logging Service Desk calls using Service Desk Toolset Software.
  • Dealing with 1st Line Service Desk Support Calls for the following: 
    • Apple Mac, Windows Xp, 7 and 10.
    • MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016, and 0365.
    • Printers, Scanners.
    • Mobile Phones ios and android.
    • Active Directory User creation and Group membership.
    • Password resets and base administration. 
    • Email and Office 365 Support.
    • Remote Desktop Support.
    • Basic Backup Administration.

You will also be responsible for providing excellent service to a multitude of customers. You will need to be process driven and have the drive to progress to a more technical role. Ideally you will have some exposure to supporting computer systems and be working towards an industry recognised certification.

The role is based indoors and will involve long periods on the phone and accessing computers.
