  • To provide general office and administration support services to all Prostart staff
  • To undertake general office duties, for example, answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, photocopying, handling incoming and outgoing post, etc.
  • Scanning and distribution ofdocuments
  • Produce accurate letters ,reports and maintain databases etc., as required
  • Support Administration team with the archiving process for personal files, checking, logging and organising their storage.
  • Support Administration team with sorting confidential waste.
  • Examination invigilation for centre following awarding body requirements.
  • Support the company in the organisation of the Awards Events.
  • To promote and safeguard the welfare of learners you are responsible for/ come into contact with, ensure that all procedures are adhered to and all records kept

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE POST HOLDER

To contribute to the administrative work within the team.

 

To gain an understanding of how the team functions by providing support as required whilst gaining knowledge and experience and by undertaking training in the following:

  • QCF Certificate Level 2 in Business Administration
  • Completion of Employer rights and responsibilities booklet
