You'll take phone calls from clients, log their queries and solve issues of minor to medium urgency. Deal with existing customers problems you will be required to help set up and provision new customers orders on a multitude of telecoms products

You will:

  • Be part of a team to answer client phone calls.
  • Try to resolve issues over the phone where possible.
  • Log every client request with ample information and troubleshoot or escalate further.
  • Keep everyone informed of any key or urgent customer queries / issues

Other responsibilities include:

  • Configuration / Provisioning hosted phone systems
  • 1st / 2nd Line Support of VOIP Services - hosted telephone
  • Liaise directly with end customers during new provides.
  • Act as a consultant to customers to get the most out of their online portal and system features.
  • Provide first and second line support via email and phone to end customers.
  • Place orders from customers.
  • Processing of all service orders which include: Connectivity, Hosted Voice, Number Porting, mobile
