FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

  • Learning from more experienced members of the team on how to assist and support a busy restaurant during service
  • Support other team members within Zest on the daily running of a Hospitality environment
  • A proactive approach to support the promotion of facilities and services within Zest restaurant
  • Work alongside the Hospitality & Catering managers to ensure an increase in financial contributions and raise the profile of Zest
  • Monitor and reporting of customer feedback through reviews and customer interaction
  • Support in managing the restaurant including bookings, ordering stock, monitoring processes and reporting systems.
  • Monitor the stock for the restaurant, bar and linen ensuring replenishment when required
  • Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety processes within Zest are followed and maintained. This includes all the correct procedures followed were appropriate
  • Be involved and contribute during team meetings
  • Keep up to date with menu changes working alongside the Chef Lecturer to ensure a good understanding of dietary requirements and customer needs during service
