Your duties will include the following:-

  • Office administration, including typing case notes, letters and meeting minutes.
  • Filing of correspondence
  • Photocopying of medical evidence and PIP forms.
  • Preparing organisational invoices and recording incoming invoices.
  • Booking meetings using the booking system.
  • Taking notes in meetings
  • Attending events / information sessions representing DSC Administer and develop any systems that may be required including databases and the website.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries efficently and effectively and accuratley record messages.
  • The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for supporting people
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to work within a team environment.

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
