On our 12 month programme you will work full-time in our Nottingham store gaining practical skills and experience through on-the- job training whilst working towards a nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Food & Beverage Service Level 2 Qualification.
You will receive top class training and will be supported every step of the way by your work friends, manager and regular 121’s with your HIT Trainer.

During your journey, you will get to experience every aspect of working in a busy restaurant environment.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing world class food
  • Serving customers
  • Carrying out cleaning tasks
  • Working on the till
  • Following food safety and health & safety procedures
  • Working as a team
  • Supporting the kitchen team

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good level of spoken English and communication skills
  • Interest in working in hospitality and customer service

Qualifications required

  • No previous qualifications are required for this role, however Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process
