The successful candidate will be able to display a high standard of professional presentation and conduct in an interesting but rewarding role.

Reporting to the General Manager, duties will include:

  • Provide administration support to the Lettings/Sales Negotiators

Process, manage, process and prepare applications for rental properties by:

  • Ensuring credit and application processes are completed on time
  • Printing and preparing all the documentation required for the move in
  • Organise and book inventories
  • Manage the diary to schedule move ins
  • Complete all post move in actions, documents and upload in to the system
  • Deal with enquiries, book viewings and complete feedback

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
