Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the aims and objectives of Little People.
  • Bricklend are met and policies and procedures are followed.
  • The ability to provide stimulating activities for children based on the early years foundation stage curriculum.
  • Providing support to other members of the team.
  • Sharing responsibility for creating a stimulating, hygienic and safe environment for children.
  • The ability to liase with parents and other professionals as appropriate.

About the employer

Little People Bricklend is a small, multicultural and diverse childcare setting with a good Ofsted inspection history, set in the village of Cottenham. We cater for children between 3 months and 5 years of age and we pride ourselves in enabling children to become very independent and confident within the setting and their transition into school. We also give our full support and expertise to students who would like a greater understanding of how to interlink their theory with practical training.
