    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.

We are looking for an Apprentice Butcher to work up to 39 hours 5days a week. They will be trained in all aspects of meat industry etc. Stock rotation and food safety is vital to this role, instruction will be given on HACCP.  Fully recognised training from a market leader.  Handling money and offering customer care.  Accuracy when taking pre seasonal orders.
