We are recruiting into a finance apprenticeship position working across our Worthing based Financial Services and Financial Management departments supporting mental health services. The successful applicant will receive supported exposure to a wide variety of scenarios and opportunities with a focus on creating a fully rounded experience on which to build your confidence.

The apprentice will be expected to undertake a related and nationally recognised qualification in accountancy (AAT) with day release.

Qualifications required

You will need to hold GCSEs in Maths/English A-C grade or equivalent or you may be already gained the level 2 AAT and will be looking to do the level 3. 

If you are starting at level 2 then you will study from September - January on level 2 units and then move to the level 3 course.  If you have level 2 then you will start on the level 3 from september.  

Future prospects

If you complete this level then there is an opportunity to apply for the level 4 and gain full employment with the trust.

You will attend Chichester College to compplete an AAT level 3 course.  This course has two entry points at either level 2 which will be September - Janaury and then level 3 a further 13 months so in total 18 months of college. Term time only.
