Responsibilities
•    Developing social media content for Twitter, Facebook, and other social platforms
•    Writing blogs and website content
•    Working with the paid media team to create social media ads
•    Supporting our paid media team with pay-per-click campaigns
•    Updating website content using a variety of content management tools
•    Using search engine optimisation audit tools and finding opportunities for clients to increase search engine rankings
•    Designing and writing email campaigns and using email broadcast tools
•    Updating our CRM system and learning about databases
•    Administrative tasks as required, including answering the telephone and greeting clients

Future prospects

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

Benefits • 23 days holiday • 1 hour lunch break The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.

Training provider

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
